Accounting Superheroes provides several services to new or existing clients that are not directly tied to a monthly bookkeeping, payroll processing or tax preparation service module. As the owner of an accounting firm, I spend a substantial amount of time assisting clients with tasks such as:

• Attend meetings with client lenders, potential funders, current grantors, etc.
• Prepare written correspondence on behalf of the client to local agencies, grantors, client customers etc. (includes participating in the grant writing process)
• Liaison between the client and other agencies to provide customized information from financials, complete applications, answer operational inquiries, etc.
• Develop policies and procedures for the client, incorporation internal controls and best practices.
• Complete applications or renewal forms for insurance policies, licensure, small business loans.
• QuickBooks Online Training – whether you need the initial setup for your new business, or are seeking to modernize your current accounting setup.
• New business set up – from selecting business entity type, obtaining a federal EIN and filing a DBA
• California State Licensing Consultant for Home Care Organizations, Child Care and Cannabis Cultivation
